Luis got baptized!! And saying good-bye to Elder Goodman.

Luis got baptized!!! It was so amazing. He had to work super hard but he did it. Saturday was so awesome to get to see him take that step. His life has changed so much and he is such an amazing person. This gospel changes people’s lives I have a strong testimony of that.

This is gonna be a crazy week. It will be hard to say goodbye to Elder Goodman but he gets to start this new chapter of life so I'm excited for him. My new companion is
Elder Schoen and he is one of my favorite missionaries. I also get to stay in Moorpark so I'm stoked about that. I love it here!!!

When was the last time you spoke in church
Answer: Kinda taught a lesson in church tomorrow. I had to help with a nine-year old class just talking about missionary work with them

What was the funnest thing you did last week?
Answer: The funnest thing was Luis baptism. After all the work we had to do and changes he had to make it was so fun to see him finally at that point.

Have you done any service recently?
Answer:  One day we did some service for a guy. He was cutting down a tree and we had to pull the top of it so it would fall in the right place and didn't have gloves so I got some gnarly blisters on my hands that are finally starting to heal.

Do you still get to have dinner with the members?

Answer: We have lots of cool member families that have us over for dinner. The weekends are the best to get to be with them for a bit
